FUJIFILM Indonesia has officially unveiled the FUJIFILM X-T50 mirrorless digital camera, set to be available for purchase in Indonesia starting June 2024.

Boasting a classic design, the FUJIFILM X-T50 camera weighs only 438 grams with a compact body, making it easy for users to carry it anywhere, whether in a backpack or by hand.

In addition to its portability, the FUJIFILM X-T50 camera will offer compelling photography features, enabling users to produce professional-grade photos and videos. Equipped with the X-Processor 5 image processing engine, this camera boasts a resolution of 40.2MP and the X-Trans CMOS 5 HR sensor.

One of its standout features is the Film Simulation dial, allowing users to easily adjust image colors. There are 20 Film Simulation modes available, including the Reala Ace simulation mode for creating professional-grade videos.

For video recording, the FUJIFILM X-T50 camera will utilize in-body image stabilization with 5-axis up to 7.0 stops. The X-T50 also features AI-based subject detection technology and the capability to record videos with resolutions up to 6.2K at 30p.

The FUJIFILM X-T50 is also equipped with shutter speed and exposure dials. Users can check and adjust camera settings without turning on the camera, allowing them to focus on what’s most important.

Furthermore, the FUJIFILM X-T50 features a 2.36 million-dot resolution electronic viewfinder (EVF) with a 0.62x magnification ratio, along with a tilting and rotating LCD screen.

To accurately track various subjects, the camera employs AI-based subject detection autofocus capable of detecting animals, birds, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, planes, trains, insects, and drones.

In continuous motion scenarios, the FUJIFILM X-T50 provides autofocus prediction algorithms for precise focusing, particularly in Zone AF mode.

In addition to the F-Log color grading, the FUJIFILM X-T50 also supports F-Log2, capable of recording a wider dynamic range of up to 13+ stops, expanding post-production potential.

By utilizing Frame.io Camera to Cloud, the FUJIFILM X-T50 can quickly create, share, and collaborate. The camera can wirelessly connect to an active internet connection, authenticate to Frame.io, and start uploading photos and videos immediately after creation.

The FUJIFILM X-T50 is compatible with the FUJIFILM XApp for easy photo transfer to the user’s smartphone. Files can be quickly shared between the camera and phone, and the app is available for free download, enabling remote camera operation.

Alongside the launch of the FUJIFILM X-T50 camera, FUJIFILM also introduces its latest lens to the Indonesian market, the FUJINON XF16-50mmF2.8-4.8 R LM WR. This lens offers a dynamic focal range from wide-angle to medium telephoto, maintaining high-resolution performance compatible with the X-T50 camera’s 40.2MP sensor.
